Introduced the IB Design Technology course in its first year at the school, building the program foundations from the ground up for the sophomore cohort and aligning instruction with the latest updated IB curriculum standards .

Before diving into ideation and low-fidelity prototyping, students used this rigorous assessment framework to anchor their concepts in real-world user research
This assessment framework was curated to transition students from passive observers to rigorous design researchers. By breaking down the Empathise and Define stages into clear, measurable criteria: such as structured interview analysis and annotated primary research, students learn exactly how to transform raw user data into focused problem statements.
Key Feature: To foster independent ownership, the rubric incorporates mandatory student self-grading sections, prompting reflective evaluation at every milestone of their Independent Design Projects.

Ruth Asawa’s Retrospective and connect it to Bauhaus principles in her use of material, structure, and process.
Body Constructs: An exhibit which showcased the history of anthropometrics in design and shed light on the issues of biases and prejudice in its application.
